Printed application summary including appointment (if any) from the e-passport online portal or printed application form (DIP Form-1) from the same website.
Identification documents such as national identity card (NID) or birth certificate.
Payment slip showing the payment of passport fee online or offline.
Previous passport (if any) for renewal or re-issue.
GO/NOC for government service holder (if any).
Further documents depending on the nature of application or correction, such as marriage certificate, divorce certificate, court order, police report, etc.
You will need to submit these documents along with your biometric data (fingerprints and iris scan) at the passport office or regional passport office where you applied.
You will also receive a delivery slip with your application ID and expected delivery date.
